Las Vegas, Nevada | Food Guide

Cheba Hut | $10-20

The best sandwiches on a hot day. The best sandwiches in general. There are 7 locations, but I always go to the one in Paradise Palms next to the college. I also have to point out how amazing the staff is. They are seriously so nice and welcoming, I could just sit and chat with them.

I always get the garlic cheese bread and Midwest best sandwich!!

Mon Ami Gabi | $50+

*Reservation HIGHLY Recommended*

They rarely have availability for walk ins and they are booked out nearly every night especially weekends.

This is a French restaurant on the strip. If you eat outside (I highly recommend) you sit right under the Eiffel tower restaurant. For being in the states, I’m impressed with how authentic most of the food is and I’m especially impressed with some of the things offered - specifically tarte tatin.

I have a toast to raise to my dad for bringing me here because wow. After eating here, I don’t think I will ever have a better filet mignon. The red wine + butter?! Heaven. For an appetizer, the melted brie is a MUST. It sounded odd to me because it’s not something I normally would eat, but the second I tried it I couldn’t stop eating it. For dessert we got the classic profiteroles which were so yum. Although, I didn’t even realize they had tarte tatin when I went so now, I have to go back just to try that.

Tra Vietnamese Coffee and Tea

I believe there are 2-3 locations, but I’ve only been to the one in the Venetian. I got the Viet coffee float with boba because I didn’t realize I could order it without it… oops. This was THE BEST coffee I have ever had in my entire life. Genuinely. I’ve never tried milk tea, but I really debated because it looked so good. I’ll probably try some next time.

Gordon Ramsey Burger | $20-50

*Reservation Recommended But Not Necessarily Needed*

Flamingo Las Vegas location is on the strip; Planet Hollywood Las Vegas is tucked away so make sure you reserve the correct location if you decide to reserve.

I’ll be honest this wasn’t the *best* burger I’ve ever had but it was pretty dang good to the point I would go again. I got the blue cheeseburger without blue cheese, and I meant to sub a different cheese but forgot. I think if I had remembered to do that it would’ve been way better. There was also a truffle aioli that came with my fries that would honestly probably be good on the burger too. Speaking of fries, I don’t really like them. However, I got the truffle parmesan fries and I’m pretty sure it was the first time I ate a fry without dipping it into anything and actually enjoyed it. Those were killer.

My friend got a strawberry cheesecake shake that was decently good (I took one sip and ended up ordering my own). Theres cheesecake at the bottom too so if you like cheesecake, you’ll love this. If you don’t like cheesecake, still get the shake but be like me and let someone else eat the actual cheesecake.

My friend also got the farmhouse burger, and she loved it!! It has a fried egg and bacon on it, looked super good!!

Saint Honore

If you haven’t heard of this place yet it’s pretty popular on TikTok. They’re known for their creme brulee doughnut which was I think everyone’s least favorite… awkwarddd. They change their variety all the time, so chances are they won’t have the same ones I have pictured. Of all the ones we got, my top two were the classic glaze and I want to say the other was called strawberry cream?! The strawberry one had fresh strawberries in it which trust me, was really refreshing after all that sugar.

On My List To Try:
